Key Responsibilities:

·       Talent Acquisition:

o    Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.

o    Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers.

o    Build and nurture a strong network of potential candidates and industry connections to ensure a robust talent pipeline.

·       Talent Development:

o    Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs that enhance employee skills, career progression, and overall performance.

o   Conduct needs assessments to identify development opportunities and create targeted training solutions.

o   Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.

·       Strategic Alignment:

o    Align talent acquisition and development strategies with the company’s growth objectives and long-term vision.

o    Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and address current and future talent needs.

·      Employee Engagement:

o    Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

o    Gather and analyse employee feedback to improve workplace culture and development opportunities.

·       Data and Reporting:

o   Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment and development efforts.

o    Prepare and present reports on key metrics related to talent acquisition, employee development, and overall workforce trends.

Key Qualifications:

·       Experience:

o   Proven experience in talent acquisition and development, preferably in an entrepreneurial or fast-paced environment.

o    Demonstrated success in recruiting top talent and managing talent development initiatives.

·       Skills:

o    Strong ability to design and implement effective recruitment strategies and talent development programs.

o    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

o    Proficiency in using modern recruitment tools and talent management systems.

·       Education:

o    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus).
