DataE is a French consulting firm specialising in GDPR (RGPD) compliance, supporting businesses of all
sizes - from pharmacies and healthcare practices to legal firms, accountants, software editors and
associations. Compliance traditionally relies on scattered spreadsheets, manual audits and expert-led
documentation, making it difficult for organisations to know where they stand at any given moment.
DataE needed a digital platform that would turn their proven compliance methodology into a product
their clients could use every day.

We partnered with DataE to build the DataE Suite, a multi-tenant SaaS platform that digitises their GDPR methodology end to end. Organisations manage their processing records and data processor records, assess processing risks by severity and likelihood, and work through guided GDPR and DPO checklists that show live completion progress across every step — from designating responsibilities to documenting compliance. A central dashboard gives each company an instant view of its compliance posture, while multi-company management and full English/French support let DataE's consultants and DPOs serve their entire client portfolio from one platform. What was once a manual, expert-driven process is now a clear, trackable journey towards GDPR peace of mind.
