Simplicime
SIMPLICIME follows since 2009 its operational performance with a datawarehouse under SQL Server 2005 (SSIS, SSAS and SSRS). Thanks to METHYS’ double competence in management and Microsoft BI, we integrated MOA team for various purposes: the drafting of Business needs and functional specifications, the qualification of anomalies and the change management with users. This mission increased the level of confidence of the final users in their BI systems resulting in a higher user adoption. User productivity and decision making has been significantly improved.

Veolia
VEOLIA ENVIRONMENT chose METHYS to improve and optimize business planning applications. The mission was to conduct technical migration of all business planning applications of Veolia Environmental Services France and International. METHYS took in charge various migrations: SQL SERVER data warehouses (from 2000 to 2005), the installation and the setup of the new releases of SAP BPC and BPA and the development of a new web administration interface. METHYS also provided the users' support and the technical documentation. The aim was not only to conduct the technical migration of their applications, but also to help the users through these evolutions.

Microsoft

GEFCO is using HYPERION ESSBASE as its solution for budgeting, forecasting and actuals reporting. GEFCO entrusted METHYS with the realization of a Scoping Study and a detailed analysis of important evolutions of its budgeting model. The main objective of the evolutions was to start rationalizing and homogenizing the budgeting practices and tools. Based on the conclusion of the study, GEFCO decided to put METHYS in charge of the second phase: the implementation of the evolutions into the current model. The mission allowed GEFCO to achieve the first stages of its ‘continuous improvement plan’ aiming at modernizing its budgeting practice.


Millicom
Since 2007, METHYS has been delivering consulting, integration and maintenance services for MILLICOM statutory consolidation, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. MILLICOM is using HYPERION FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT and HYPERION ESSBASE technologies.
After having implemented the EPM platform, METHYS is assisting MILLICOM on a day to day basis to take make the most of their solutions and keep them aligned with rapidly changing business requirements.

Publicis
PUBLICIS is using HYPERION FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT as its solution for statutory consolidation, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and customer analysis. Since 2008, METHYS is assisting PUBLICIS on the functional administration and the improvement of this solution.
METHYS has also provided support to PUBLICIS with the transitional management and the turnover impacts mitigation following the renewal of the whole PUBLICIS Consolidation team.

Itron

ITRON entrusted METHYS with the design, the implementation and the maintenance of its industrial planning system based on HYPERION PLANNING technology. This system is mainly used by supply-chain managers, demand managers and Sales to formalize the planning process. Based on the principle of a rolling forecast, the solution receives the forecasts from sales managers which are then analysed and adjusted by the industrial planners. The MPS process uses these figures for procurement and investment decisions. The direct result was the improvement of the consistency between sales forecasts, financial forecasts, and industrial planning process, resulting in a reduction of the working capital.
