Becoming a METHYS junior consultant means having the opportunity to acquire enriching skill-sets, a structured project methodology, and become able to handle responsibilities quickly.

By joining METHYS you will specialize functionally and technically, which will enable you to deal with a wide range of issues.
After five years within our junior teams you will be offered a senior consultant position. You will be in charge of projects and will manage the business part of our projects towards clients.

Then you will have the opportunity to manage a team and to be responsible for a part of our activity heading a functional practice (financial consolidation, budgeting or controlling), or a technical practice (Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management, Microsoft BI...).

After proving your added value and your motivation in the development of METHYS, you could become an equity partner of the company, joining METHYS’ shareholders.
As a partner, you will have proven a strong expertise on EPM issues and demonstrated a strong potential toward business aspects. You will handle greater management responsibilities and will actively participate in the development and strategy of the company.

METHYS also bets on in-house training. A lot of recruiting internships are offered.
These recruiting internships allow students who are at the end their academic path to acquire operational experience as a junior consultant, opening the possibility to join METHYS’ team after six month training.
